Leadership Team

  • President, Chief Executive Officer

    Joel began his career working in adult services in residential and day habilitations. Soon after, he started working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder providing applied behavior analysis services in-home and center based. During this time, Joel obtained his registered behavior technician (RBT) credentials. He is currently working towards his bachelor’s degree in organizational/ industrial psychology at Purdue University. In his free time Joel enjoys loves spending time with his two children and puppy, Blaze. He is a real estate enthusiast, craft beer lover, and appreciates a good book to read.

  • Director of Quality Assurance

    Danielle attended Simmons University for a Master’s degree in 2019. She began working in field in a center-based facility before transitioning to in-home services several years ago. She has been an advocate to developing independent life skills and caregiver coaching. Danielle enjoys baking in her free time.

  • Clinical Director

    Colleen holds a Master’s degree in education and a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in behavior modification from Fitchburg State University, as well as a Doctorate of Philosophy in leadership and change, from Antioch University. She has worked in the field of education and behavior modification for over 12 years. Colleen has filled many roles within the field of ABA and education. She has served as a professor, volunteer, researcher, and mentor for those pursuing a higher education degree. She has been award the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from the White House for her endless commitment to community service work.

  • Operations Coordinator

    Heather is a 2024 graduate from Tebra University. While Heather handles billing and medical coding for 1722, she has experience working in home-based services and providing support as a teacher’s assistant. Heather is an avid reader and making memories while on adventures with her kids!

  • Director of Training and Operations

    Corey graduated with his Master’s of Special Education from Simmons College while working at a residential facility. He continues in field by providing school-based support, home-based services, and respite care for individuals with disabilities and impairments. Corey finds his passion in promoting independence and teaching positive, functional and appropriate skills. Corey enjoys spending time with his wife.

Clinical Team


  • Master’s Level Clinican

    After graduating from Worcester State University, Katelyn attended Bay Path University for her Master’s degree. Before transitioning to public schools, she worked in ABA home-based and center-based services. Katelyn takes a special interest in developing and promoting daily living skills to allow for individuals to functional independently within their community, home, and workplace. Katelyn is an athlete at heart and can be found playing volleyball and softball in her free time. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family.


  • Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst

    An Arizona State University graduate, Katie has been working in public schools and the field of ABA for over a decade. As most of us at 1722, Katie is passionate about caregiver coaching, particularly building up caregiver’s confidence in promoting skills within the home. Katie enjoys being outside and going on new adventures with her family.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Katie attended Fitchburg State University for her Master’s Degree in 2021. She has been working special education in the public school systems for nearly 10 years. Since 2022, Katie works part-time as a home-based clinician. Katie is eager to help children grow their independence while building a meaningful relationship with the clients she serves. Katie enjoys being on the beach and spending time with her friends and family.

  • Community Engagement Coordinator, Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    Caitlyn completed her undergraduate degree in her home state, Virginia. After taking a position at an ABA residential school in Massachusetts, Caitlyn completed her Master’s degree in ABA at Regis College. She is currently furthering her education in Behavior Sexology. Caitlyn is passionate about promoting independence. As well as providing caregivers with the tools necessary to support the growth and success of their loved ones. Caitlyn is a bunny mom and is a self-proclaimed crochet master.

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst

    In 2003, Matt graduated from Suffolk University. For the past 7 years, he has worked within the public school systems and eventually branched into home-based services. Matt is guided by his passion to increase his client’s independence with a variety of skills. Matt plays volleyball, enjoys watching football, and making new memories with his friends.
