Duties and Responsibilities:
Implement and follow Behavior Support Plans
Teach curriculum and programming per each client’s treatment plan by modeling skills.
Provide information to client’s BCBA related to the treatment plan or BSP success/ failures, parent questions and or concerns and scheduling changes.
Participate in discussion during supervision feedback sessions; review performance related parent/ client interactions and to implementation of programming; implement feedback.
Prepare materials for programming when needed.
Complete accurate data collection, session notes, and other forms of documentation.
Successfully complete all sessions within the practice management software.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee programming and directly supervise Behavior Technicians while working with clients; which includes modeling and training on individual programs and behavioral strategies, helping to develop and monitor the quality of programming by observing its implementation, providing feedback based on observations, and adjusting programming on a regular basis to meet client individual needs.
Caregiver training implementation and oversight including regular meeting with caregivers to introduce and review programs, behavior support plans, and progress being made. Discuss and review caregiver treatment goals and implementation of programming that will provide caregivers skills to be more independent and successful while interacting with their child.
Case Management to include analysis of program and behavior data, writing curriculum and intervention plans, and writing of initial treatment plans and progress notes.
Track and report billable hours for insurance provider through practice management software.
Participate in the intake process for new clients which will include parent interviews, direct observations, conducting assessments, and analyzing all background information and documentation to create a comprehensive treatment plan.
Evaluate Behavior Technicians performance to recommend personal actions such as hiring, retention, promotion, transfer and dismissal.
